Our partner, Word of Web, worked directly with Academic Diversity Search to determine the optimal user flow, content, and structure for their website. Word of Web then partnered with us to design and develop a beautiful and highly functional website.
This website allows for organizations to display job postings and on the flip side applicants can discover those listings through the website. This ecommerce job board site was built using WooCommerce along with Stripe (payment gateway), a job manager system, employer dashboard, and the ability to apply discounts to purchases.
This project has two key users: Applicants and Hiring Managers. We designed an interface that showcases the value of this project to an individual who is wishing to find a job in higher education and research. We used warm and inviting colors, clean and rounded-edges, and photography that represents the target audience. To attract Hiring Managers, we focused on streamlining the posting process and optimizing the admin experience.
We really enjoy working on projects that help people. It’s an added bonus when we get to work alongside our agency partners ❤️
